Jammu, July 9
Homage was paid to the five bravehearts who lost their lives in a terror attack in Kathua district on Monday. All five soldiers belonged to Uttarakhand.

Senior Army officials of Nashak Navtara Corps paid homage to the soldiers, including Naib Subedar Anand Singh from Kandakhal village in Rudraprayag, Havildar Kamal Singh from Papri village in Pauri Garhwal, Naik Vinod Singh from Chaund Jaspur, Tehri Garhwal, Rifleman Anuj Negi from Dobariya village in Pauri Garhwal and Rifleman Adarsh Negi from Thati Dagar village, Tehri Garhwal.
“We stand in solidarity with the bereaved family members,” the Western Command said. DGP RR Swain visited Kathua to review ongoing search operations.
