Reporting Unusual Incident Involving Officers in Bengaluru Area.

1. On 21 April 25, at about 0620 Hr, Sqn Ldr Madhumita Dutta (32599-K) Edn of ADE, while driving her car (Reg No. HR 51BA 8568), accompanied by her husband Wg Cdr Shiladitya Bose (31153-H) F(P) of AFS Thanjavur were attacked by one unknown motorcyclist.
2. Sqn Ldr Madhumita was enroute to Tin Factory Bus Stand to drop her husband for his onward journey to airport.
3. While driving on Old Madras Road, opposite Gopalan Grand Mall, she observed a motorcyclist riding rashly (KA 53 EA 528) and had stared at him for his reckless driving.
4. The motorcyclist, after passing the car, abruptly returned and dangerously blocked her vehicle by stopping directly in front of it.
5. He then approached driver-side window, confronted Sqn Ldr about her remarks, and began verbally abusing her. He proceeded to assault Wg Cdr Bose through the car window, striking him on his forehead and eyes with his bike keys, and kicked the car door multiple times.
6. In an attempt to de-escalate the situation and move forward, both officers exited the vehicle and tried to remove the motorcycle obstructing their path.
7. The motorcyclist then picked up one stone and reportedly hit Wg Cdr Bose.
8. Wg Cdr Bose sustained injuries on head and began bleeding.
9. The couple immediately proceeded to Byappanahalli Police Station. The civil police advised them to seek medical attention.
10. Both officers visited Chinmaya Mission Hospital, where a MLC was raised vide CMHB.1723150 dated 21 April 2025 in respect of Wg Cdr Bose.
11. Wg Cdr Bose continued with his journey and boarded his flight to Calcutta.
12. Complaint being lodged by Sqn Ldr Madhumita with civil police.
