The Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) Bar Association, Chandigarh has taken strong exception to recent comments made by Attorney General for India R Venkataramani during the hearing of a petition before the Supreme Court challenging the transfer of Justice Dharam Chand Chaudhary to AFT’s Kolkata Bench.
