*SPARSH – VERIFICATION OF PROFILE

The Pensioner is directly authorized to change such fields. A Special Symbol (Arrow) has been assigned to such fields which need to be Clicked to enable the data field. Examples of such fields are Aadhaar, PAN, Mobile, Email id, Bank Details and Address, District, State etc.

*Manage Profile*
2. Data Correction Requiring Authorization

Such Fields for changes, if any are selected by the Pensioner, can be Changed only after Post Approval of the Record Office. Such requests for Data Changes OR Filling Blank, will go to the Respective Record Office/ORO(MP-5 b) depending upon fields marked. A Special Symbol Pencil has been assigned to such fields. Examples of such fields are Personal & Spouse Name, DOB, Gender, Marital Status, Addition of Dependents in case eligible for Family Pension etc.
*Note – In case you are not permitted to Correct the Fields in your SPARSH Portal even after Pressing Arrow/ Pencil. PLEASE PRESS RESET FOR ALL OR AT EACH PAGE.*
3. A combined reading of the above two Paras clearly brings out that fields under Para – 1, need no Supporting Documents as well as no Approval and are Accepted on Submission. Unfortunately this is not the case and documents are still being Asked for uploading.

4. Further there is an inordinate Delay, in certain cases 6 months plus, in Verification of fields under Para -2, basically due to long Queue. It is difficult to know, who is Responsible for this.
5. In spite of Complete Verified Data available in LPC Cum Data Sheet with PCDA Pensions Prayagraj, the Work Load of Records Offices/ ORO have unnecessarily been increased by PCDA Pensions SPARSH, thus causing Delay. With more migrations, the situation is likely to be worse. The pity is even the Record Offices are Not Objecting to it. *However for Pensioners, whose Data have Correctly been transferred on Migration have No problems.*
6. In my Opinion, if your Service Request (SR) OR Grievance regarding Correction in SPARSH Portal Entries OR SPARSH PPO is not Resolved within 30-45 days, it is better to lodge the Grievance in CPGRAM or PMOPG. It would help you in finding its Location where it is held up and even will provide Early Resolution.
Warm regards.
